Agentic AI. Global reach. Real results.

Find the open space on trucks already moving your freight.

FreightCzar uses agentic and generative AI, with a human in the loop, to manage domestic LTL and USMCA cross-border freight with confidence.

Developed in Fort Wayne, Indiana, within the local AI ecosystem, by Marleon International, LLC. Cross-border freight since 2005.

Fort Wayne, IN → Laredo, TX LTL lane, 53 ft trailer
Freight on board, 62% Open capacity you can use
Illustration. Empty Lane Intelligence™ shows where carriers run light and matches that space to your freight.

Shippers pay for capacity that is already moving.

LTL carriers run trailers with open space on many lanes every day. Shippers rarely see where that space is, so they pay standard rates and absorb charges they cannot easily verify.

Capacity

Unseen open lanes

Carriers know where they run light. Shippers do not.

Cost

Accessorial leakage

Liftgate, reweigh, reclass and detention charges vary by carrier tariff and are hard to verify invoice by invoice.

Coordination

Fragmented relationships

Shipper, broker and carrier contacts live in separate systems with no shared view.

Three applications, each built for a measurable result.

The applications work alongside the TMS and CRM you already use. Pilot participants use each one as it becomes ready.

In development

Empty Lane Intelligence™

Identifies LTL lanes where carriers have open capacity and matches them to your freight.

  • Lower cost per shipment on matched lanes
  • Better service on underused corridors
In development

LTL Tariff Reader

Reads carrier rules tariffs and checks accessorial charges against what each tariff allows.

  • Fewer unverified charges paid
  • Clear carrier-to-carrier cost comparison
In development

Hierarchy CRM

Maps shipper, consignee, broker and carrier relationships, with two-way sync to Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • One view of every account and contact
  • Activity stays in step with the CRM your team uses

FreightCzar is not a freight brokerage and does not replace your carriers. It adds a decision layer on top of the systems you have, with no rip-and-replace implementation. Live demonstrations are available under NDA.

The AI anticipates. The human decides. The system executes.

AI agents recommend. A person approves every decision through a controlled approval queue before anything moves.

FreightCzar XCross™: USMCA freight as one movement.

XCross is in development. Domestic LTL pilots build the foundation, and Midwest manufacturers with Mexico trade are welcome to help shape it.
